Merchant Terms & Conditions

You must provide accurate business name, contact email, phone, and primary market. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account. One business may maintain separate accounts only with our written approval.

We may approve, suspend, or reject registrations at our discretion (for example incomplete information, suspected fraud, or policy violations).

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business you register. You will only operate in markets we support and where your business is legally permitted to offer the listed coupons or advertising.

You must keep payout details accurate and notify us of material business changes (ownership, location, contact persons).

When Kirastack lists your coupons, you agree to honour valid QR redemptions presented by customers according to the agreed face value, merchant rules shown on the product page, and any written quota/allocation arrangements.

You must not reject valid redemptions, reuse redeemed codes, or manipulate stock figures. Disputes may be resolved using our redemption logs; repeated failures may lead to suspension and withholding of payouts pending investigation.

Optional ad bookings (splash, home banner, etc.) are sold on published CPT/day rates for the selected market. You must upload creatives and pass content review before payment; inventory is held during review and the payment window. Rejected creatives are deleted from our servers.

Creatives must comply with applicable law and our content standards (no misleading claims, prohibited products, or infringement). We may reject or remove creatives and cancel campaigns that violate policy; fees may be forfeited where stated.

Campaign start/end dates, weekend multipliers, and slot limits follow the rate card and calendar shown in the merchant console. Refunds for unused ad days are at our discretion unless required by law.

Redemption records and agreed coupon economics determine payables. You may request withdrawal of eligible balances subject to minimum amounts, integer currency rules, and payout profile verification. Our company requires a valid invoice for accounting, so an invoice is required to withdraw. After we receive the invoice, we transfer the amount to the account you saved within five business days (holidays may extend this).

We may offset chargebacks, customer compensation, or proven losses caused by your breach against pending payouts.

You must not engage in fraud, self-dealing, fake redemptions, bribery, malware in ad creatives, circumvention of platform fees, or harassment of staff or customers.

We may suspend or terminate merchant access, withhold payouts during investigation, and pursue recovery for losses caused by breach or unlawful activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KIRASTACK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from merchant services. Our aggregate liability related to your merchant account is limited to fees you paid to us for advertising in the three months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Kirastack trademarks, software, and documentation remain our property. You grant us a licence to display submitted creatives and business names for campaign delivery and reporting.

We may update these Merchant Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Translations are for convenience; if versions conflict, the English version prevails.
